Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5/2/2026

Introduction
Welcome

Welcome to Atlas. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atlas websites, panels, APIs, and related software (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Who we are

“Atlas”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Atlas development team or its operating entity responsible for providing and maintaining the Service.

Using Atlas
Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

Some features require sign-in via third-party identity providers (for example, Discord or Roblox). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, violating applicable laws or third-party rights, or impersonating others. We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or the Service is at risk.

Intellectual Property
Ownership

All software, code, text, graphics, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to us. No ownership rights transfer to you under these Terms.

Licence & restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

Atlas names, logos, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

Privacy & Data
Privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service you acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with that policy.

Service Availability
Uptime & changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur without notice.

Paid features

If the Service offers paid features or licence activations, payments are handled by approved third-party providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. Licences obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms may be revoked.

Disclaimers & Liability
Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed £100 or the amount you paid for the relevant feature, whichever is greater.

Termination
Your choice

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Our rights

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms end. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

General
Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or via our official support channels.

Privacy Policy

Introduction
Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas collects, uses, and protects personal information when you interact with our websites, panels, and connected services (“the Service”).

Controller

Atlas is the data controller for information processed through the Service, unless stated otherwise.

Information We Collect
You provide

Identifiers you share when signing in via supported providers (e.g., Discord or Roblox), and any contact details or support messages you submit voluntarily.

Automatically collected

Technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, time zone, pages visited, and request timing, used for security and performance.

From third parties

Limited profile information (such as display name or user ID) from services you authorise to connect with Atlas.

How We Use Information
Operate & support

To provide and maintain the Service, authenticate sessions, deliver features, respond to enquiries, and offer support.

Improve & protect

To monitor performance, improve reliability, and detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Legal basis

Processing is based on one or more lawful grounds under applicable data-protection law, including contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent where required.

Sharing of Information
Service providers

We share data with trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Legal & safety

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlas, our users, or others.

Business changes

If we undergo a reorganisation, merger, or asset transfer, information may be shared subject to equivalent protection measures.

Data Retention
How long we keep data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate and lawful purposes (for example, compliance). Inactive account data may be removed after approximately 24 months of inactivity.

Security
Measures

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Your Rights
Access & control

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

Regulators

You can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Contact

To exercise rights or ask questions, contact [email protected].

International Transfers
Safeguards

If personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Children
Under 13

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes & Contact
Policy updates

We may update this Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. Substantive updates will be communicated via the Service or other appropriate channels. The “last updated” date on the page indicates the most recent version.
