Introduction
Welcome
Welcome to Atlas. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atlas websites, panels, APIs, and related software (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Who we are
“Atlas”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Atlas development team or its operating entity responsible for providing and maintaining the Service.
Using Atlas
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
Some features require sign-in via third-party identity providers (for example, Discord or Roblox). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, violating applicable laws or third-party rights, or impersonating others. We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or the Service is at risk.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All software, code, text, graphics, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to us. No ownership rights transfer to you under these Terms.
Licence & restrictions
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Trademarks
Atlas names, logos, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.
Privacy & Data
Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service you acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with that policy.
Service Availability
Uptime & changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur without notice.
Paid features
If the Service offers paid features or licence activations, payments are handled by approved third-party providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. Licences obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms may be revoked.
Disclaimers & Liability
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed £100 or the amount you paid for the relevant feature, whichever is greater.
Termination
Your choice
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Our rights
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms end. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
General
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or via our official support channels.
